Joy Suites Istanbul

During my recent stay at a cozy hotel in Istanbul, I was impressed by the convenient location just a short walk away from public transportation options and within easy reach of popular attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably cleaned every day. having a fully equipped kitchen proved to be useful. The staff were kind and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the support and recommendations we needed. The location was perfect, close to the city center and next to a mosque. We found it very convenient to find a taxi or a vehicle to take us to the airport, as the hotel was located on the main street with easy access. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. the hotel was close to a metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel location is perfect, close to Taksim Square and metro station. Brand new and clean with friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Helpful and cooperative staff.

No kitchen appliances issue.

The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to all the tourist spots and just a short walk to the bus station. the Main Street was easily accessible, making it convenient to find a vehicle or a taxi to take us to the airport.

The lack of cleanliness and the constant noise from the elevator and other rooms were major drawbacks during our stay.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at Joy Suites. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any requests or questions. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the metro and bus stations, making it convenient to explore different parts of the city. Additionally, there were supermarkets, grocery shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

Location, Location, Location! The hotel is situated in a prime spot, just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The wifi is also excellent, with each person getting their own code for easy access. Plus, the staff at the reception were always friendly and ready to help with any requests or questions.

There were a couple of letdowns. the kitchen was poorly equipped, with only a limited number of utensils and cookware.

Convenient location near metro stations and Istiklal avenue. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice kitchen and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff who assisted with airport transportation. Good for visits to VAC and Nisantasi. Terrace room with balcony suitable for four guests.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service provided. The staff paid great attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. I also appreciated the basic amenities in the rooms, such as air conditioning. it was a great value for money experience.
